Like every other service provider, Shieldtag have our own Terms and Conditions that Users will have to agree on before using our service. To make it easier to understand, Shieldtag have summarized the points.
Terms and Conditions is an agreement between You as a Users and Shieldtag so that there will be no misunderstandings in the future. This Agreement is a legally binding contract that includes terms that limit Users legal rights and Shieldtag’s liability to Users, and shall govern all access to and use of this app. Users hereby agree, without limitation or alteration, to all the terms and conditions contained herein. By installing, copying or using the Shieldtag app, Users agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions. You, as a Users, are fully responsible for your own decisions while accessing services on Shieldtag app. However, if the Users does not agree to the terms and conditions, Users may not download, install, or use Shieldtag app.

“Shieldtag” is a company that provides certification services based on hologram technology which aims to maintain product authentication and located at Soho Capital Podomoro City 25th Floor, Unit 08, Letjen S. Parman Street, Kav 28, RT 003, RW 005, Kel. Tanjung Duren Barat, Kec. Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat, Indonesia, 11470.
"Users" shall refer to the individual or entity that downloads and uses the app.
This Terms of Use are an agreement between the Users (“You”, “You”, or “Yourself”) and PT Karya Generasi Biru (“We”, “We”, “Our or Shieldtag”), a limited liability company duly established and operate legally under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of applications, websites (shieldtag.co), content and products provided by us (hereinafter collectively referred to as ("Applications''), as well as ordering, paying, or using services available on Our application provided by us ("Services or Services").
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to additional Terms and Conditions including the Terms and Conditions for each Service, and changes that are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions (here in after referred to as the Terms and Conditions, additional Tterms and Conditions and their changes are collectively referred to as ("Terms and Conditions”). Not with standing inseparability, additional Terms and Conditions supersede the Terms and Conditions if there is any inconsistency between them.
Users hereby unconditionally agree that all right, title and interest in copyright and other intellectual property rights in Shieldtag products rest with Shieldtag. The trademarks, logos, designs and service marks appearing on Shieldtag Products are registered marks. Therefore, nothing in the Shieldtag Product grants the Users any right to use any form of intellectual property contained in the Shieldtag Product.
Therefore, all rights, titles, interests and copyrights in and/or to the application, including but not limited to all images, graphics, animations, audio, video, music, text, data, code, algorithms and information , is owned by Shieldtag. Therefore, this application is protected by all applicable copyright laws and international agreements, and Users are expected to use this application regarding all intellectual property contained therein.
Installation and Use: Users may install and use the Shieldtag application on a shared phone/tablet Users or simultaneously on different phone/tablet Users, solely for the Users business use or the Users personal use.
Reproduction and Distribution: Users may not reproduce or redistribute copies of Shieldtag products, without express written permission from Shieldtag.
Users Restrictions: Users may not:
Collection, storing, processing, use and sharing of Users personal information, such as identity data, contact data, location data Users provided when opening an Account are subject to the Privacy Notice, which is an integral part of this Terms of Use.
Shieldtag only provides official Application software in authorized digital marketplaces, such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and only for use on mobile phones or tablet devices. Downloading applications from platforms other than official digital markets and/or to devices other than cell phones or tablets is a violation of these Terms of Use and our intellectual property rights.
The Users Account can only be used by the Users and cannot be transferred to another person for any reason. Shieldtag has the right to refuse to facilitate orders if Shieldtag knows or has sufficient reason to suspect that the Users has transferred or allowed the Users Account to be used by someone else.
The security and confidentiality of the Users Account, including the registered name, electronic mail address, registered cell phone number, payment details and the Payment Method that the Users chooses, as well as the verification code generated and sent by the Shieldtag system or the Payment Method Provider is entirely the responsibility of the Users. All losses and risks arising from the Users negligence in maintaining security and confidentiality are the responsibility of the Users. In such cases, Shieldtag considers any use or order made through the Users Account to be a valid Users request.
Notify Shieldtag immediately after knowing or suspecting that the Users account has been used without the Users knowledge and consent. Shieldtag will take action Shieldtag deems necessary and Shieldtag can take against such unauthorized use.
The Users represents and guarantees that the Users is at least 18 (eighteen) years old or is married and is not under guardianship or custody and that the Users is legally capable and has the right to bind the Users to these Terms of Use. If the Users does not fulfill these conditions but continues to access or use the Application, Service, Offer or Payment Method, the Users represents and guarantees that the Users actions to register, access or perform other activities in the Application have been approved by the Users parent, guardian or guardian. The Users understands and agrees that all risks arising from the use of Applications, Services, Offers and Payment Methods are entirely the responsibility of the Users and the Users hereby agrees to release Shieldtag from all claims regarding damage, interference or other forms of system interference caused by unauthorized access by other parties.
Users agree to comply with:
USERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SHIELDTAG IS A CERTIFICATION SERVICES COMPANY BASED ON HOLOGRAM TECHNOLOGY, SHIELDTAG DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, LOGISTICS, FINANCIAL AND OTHER SERVICES. BY CONTINUING ACCESS OR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND/OR SERVICE, USERS HEREBY AGREES TO BEND TO AND COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAW AND THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING ALL THE CHANGES AND TERMS OF USE OF EACH SERVICE PROVIDER, STOP IMMEDIATELY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION AND/OR SERVICE IF THE USERS DOES NOT AGREE TO ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE.
The Users is fully responsible for the decision that the Users makes to use the Application, Service, Offer or Payment Method. Users must treat Service Providers, Offer Providers, and Payment Method Providers with respect and must not engage in unauthorized, threatening or harassing behavior when using the Services, Offers or Payment Methods.
Users are fully responsible for losses and/or claims arising from the use of Applications, Services, Offers or Payment Methods using Users Accounts, either by Users or other parties using your account, in a manner that is contrary to the Terms and Using this Privacy Notice, including terms and conditions and privacy policies set by Service Providers, Offer Providers and Payment Method Providers, or Applicable Law, including but not limited to anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism financing purposes, criminal activity, fraud in any form (including but not limited to phishing and/or social engineering activities), infringement of intellectual property rights, and/or other activities that harm the community and/or other parties or are deemed detrimental to Shieldtag's reputation.
If the Users experiences a system failure, knows or suspects that the Users account has been hacked, used or misused by another party, or if the Users personal cell phone or tablet is lost, stolen, hacked, or has a virus, immediately report it to Shieldtag so that Shieldtag can immediately take appropriate action. necessary to prevent the use, misuse, or loss arising or which may arise further.
If the Users experiences problems or problems related to Services, Offers or payments with Payment Methods. Users can submit Users complaints through the features that Shieldtag provides, including ratings and comments, or by contacting Shieldtag.
To submit complaints, questions, objections, etc. ("Reports"), Users need to provide sufficient information, including but not limited to, a summary of facts, evidence that Users may have, order numbers and personal information, such as e-mail addresses and registered numbers. cellphone.

Shieldtag may refuse to respond to Users Reports if the information that the Users provides does not match the personal information stored in the Shieldtag system or if the Report is submitted in connection with, against, on behalf of or by other parties that are different from the data officially registered in the Shieldtag system. Shieldtag may also stop acting on Users Reports if Shieldtag, at Shieldtag's sole discretion, considers that Users Reports are not supported by sufficient and clear facts or have been resolved.
For certain Reports related to Services, Shieldtag may, at Shieldtag's sole discretion, facilitate forums between Users and Service Providers for the purpose of reaching an amicable resolution. In this case, if the Users still deems it necessary to take further action, including any legal action, the Users may do so at the Users own responsibility.
The Users can delete the Application from the Users cellphone and/or tablet at any time. Shieldtag does not have any liability to the Users for any matter arising from the deletion of the Application, temporary suspension and permanent suspension of the Users Account. However, the Users is still responsible for fulfilling the Users obligations that arise, including but not limited to, any obligations that may arise as a result of disputes, demands, or other existing legal actions, prior to the date of application deletion, temporary suspension or permanent suspension of the Users account.

If the Users account is suspended and the Users has clear evidence that the Users account should not be suspended, the Users may report such evidence to Shieldtag. After further examining the Users Report, Shieldtag will, at Shieldtag's sole discretion, decide to terminate or continue suspension of the Users account. The suspension will not unreasonably continue if Shieldtag determines that the matters giving rise to the suspension have been resolved.
Users agree to this Terms and Condition that is no tolerance for objectionable content and/or abusive users. Shieldtag will filtering, flag, delete and block all objectionable content and abusive users. Users are prohibited from engaging in objectionable content. In addition, users can also report inappropriate content by other users via email or Shieldtag number.

If Shieldtag knows or has sufficient reason to suspect that the Users has committed immoral acts, violations, crimes or other actions that are contrary to these Terms and/or Applicable Law, whether referred to in these Terms or not, Shieldtag has the right and may suspend Users Accounts, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate Users access to the Application, including Services, Offers and/or Payment Methods listed therein, investigate, claim damages, report to the authorities and/or take other actions that Shieldtag deems necessary, including criminal and civil legal proceedings.
Shieldtag provides the Application as is and Shieldtag does not represent or guarantee that the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness or security of the Application will meet Users needs and meet Users expectations, including but not limited to Services, Offers and Payment Methods. Shieldtag will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the failure or error of Service Providers, Offer Providers or Payment Method Providers or Users failure or error in complying with Our Service Providers, Terms of Use of Offer Providers or Payment Method Providers.
Applications may experience limitations, delays, and other problems contained in the use of the internet and electronic communications, including the Users device, Service Provider, Offer Provider or Payment Service Provider is damaged, not connected to the internet, out of range, turned off or not working. Shieldtag is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, damages or losses arising from such problems.
Shieldtag has no responsibility to monitor Users access or use of the Application. However, Shieldtag continues to exercise oversight to ensure the smooth use of the Application and to ensure compliance with these Terms, Applicable Law, court orders, and/or the requirements of administrative agencies or other government agencies.
Shieldtag does not have any responsibility, including to take further action or legal action deemed necessary by the Users, for any problems or disputes that arise between the Users or other parties. However, Shieldtag will facilitate any issues or disputes that arise by taking actions that are reasonably necessary. When Shieldtag facilitates the resolution of a problem or dispute, Shieldtag does not act as a mediator and such action does not incur further liability to Shieldtag.
Shieldtag application may be disrupted by events beyond Shieldtag's authority or control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications disruptions, government policies, and other events. Users hereby agree to release Shieldtag from all demands and responsibilities, if Shieldtag is unable to facilitate the Service, including to fulfill the instructions that the Users requests through the Application, either in part or in whole, due to Force Majeure.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any and all disputes arising from the use of the Application or Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the West Jakarta District Court.
Shieldtag fully understands and agrees that these Terms are an electronic agreement and the Users action of pressing the 'register' button when registering an Account or the 'login' button when logging into a Users Account is the Users active consent to enter into an agreement with Shieldtag that these Terms of Use and Privacy Notice are valid legally and binding and will continue as long as the Users uses the Shieldtag Application or Service.
Shieldtag will not claim or deny the validity of these Terms of Use or Privacy Notices made in electronic form.
Users may not transfer Users rights based on these Terms of Use without the prior written approval of Shieldtag. However, Shieldtag may transfer Shieldtag's rights based on these Terms of Use to any party at any time without prior approval from or prior notification to the Users.
If the Users does not comply with or violates the provisions of these Terms of Use, and Shieldtag does not take direct action, it does not mean that Shieldtag relinquishes Shieldtag's right to take necessary actions in the future.
These Terms of Use survive the temporary suspension, permanent suspension, removal of the Application or the termination of this agreement between the Users and Shieldtag.
The inapplicability of any of the provisions herein will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions.
